Before & After
What To Expect
The treatment duration is around 20 minutes.
Immediately post-treatment, the skin may feel warm, akin to a sunburn, and this sensation will diminish within 24-48 hours, with the option to reduce it further through medical skincare.
Temporary pink/red skin and darker lesion appearance will occur, fading within 5-7 days.
Makeup can be applied right after the session.
Apply SPF 30+ and avoid sun exposure for 48-72 hours.
Refrain from hot tubs, saunas, sun exposure, and vigorous exercise for 72 hours.
After Lumecca IPL Treatment
Typically, redness and mild skin warmth are common immediately following the treatment, resolving within an hour. Within the next 24-48 hours, pigmented spots may temporarily darken, and in the subsequent week, these lesions will flake off, resulting in a more even skin tone.
Treating vascular lesions may cause the vein to blanch and disappear or undergo a temporary color change, resolving within a few days.
