Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Current Clients
Our appointment scheduling policy requires a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failing to provide such notice will incur a service fee equivalent to half the cost of the booked treatment per half-hour. Please note that service prices vary. Credit card information will be collected at the time of booking and used in accordance with the Cancellation and No-Show policy.

Consultations
For consults, the fee paid to schedule your consult will be forfeited and not able to be used towards any future service.

Members
Members will not incur any additional fees, but will forfeit their treatment for the month.

Confidentiality

All clients at The Results Lounge may be assured of complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of their treatments and services.

external labs

If labs are required for any service at The Results Lounge, you are able to have these labs drawn at another clinic, hospital, or physician’s office if you wish to use your insurance. Your provider will provide you with a lab form to bring with you to make sure that you receive the appropriate labs. This option does incur a fee which covers the cost of our staff creating the lab order, tracking the lab results, reviewing and interpreting these results.

Payments

We accept Cash, Master Cards, Visa, Debit Cards, and Personal Checks as well as Care Credit. All spa prices are subject to change.

At The Results Lounge, we highly value your privacy. No registration or personal information is required to access our site. Your name, email address, or any identifiable information will not be sold or shared with any third party without your explicit consent as required by law. We do not engage in buying, selling, renting, or trading email lists. Our email marketing is directed only to those who have willingly opted to receive communication from us, and we assure you that we will not send spam emails.

Prescription Refills

We will only call in a maximum of a 90-day supply of medication at a time. To remain eligible for prescription refills, you must have been seen in our office within the past 90 days. This policy ensures safe, responsible prescribing and ongoing support for your care. To request a prescription refill, complete this form.

Refunds & Returns

Unopened skincare products may be returned within 15 days for credit or exchange. Opened skincare products may be exchanged for items of equal value. We do not offer refunds on services — time, expertise, and products are invested in each visit. All gift card sales are final but may be transferred. We're happy to address concerns and make adjustments when possible.

Spa Etiquette

To ensure a serene atmosphere and considerate environment for all guests, kindly turn off your mobile phones inside the spa. Smoking is strictly prohibited for the safety of everyone. We prioritize a safe and comfortable experience, thus children under 15 are not permitted in our medical spa unless they are receiving services accompanied by an adult. Thank you for your understanding.
