Confidentiality
All clients at The Results Lounge may be assured of complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of their treatments and services.
No-Show Policy
Our No-show Policy states that if an appointment is missed without notice, the full price of the service will be charged. For consults, a $100 or $200 cancellation fee will apply based on the service duration. Consults under 15 minutes will incur a $100 charge, while those over 15 minutes will incur a $200 charge. Credit card information will be collected at the time of booking and used in accordance with the Cancellation and No-Show policies.
Refunds & Returns
Gift cards are non-refundable. However, they are transferrable to another party. We will gladly accept the return of any skin care product within 15 days of purchase for full credit to your Med Spa account or for an appropriate product exchange.
Privacy Policy
At The Results Lounge, we highly value your privacy. No registration or personal information is required to access our site. Your name, email address, or any identifiable information will not be sold or shared with any third party without your explicit consent as required by law. We do not engage in buying, selling, renting, or trading email lists. Our email marketing is directed only to those who have willingly opted to receive communication from us, and we assure you that we will not send spam emails.
Scheduling Policy
Effective immediately, our appointment scheduling policy requires a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failing to provide such notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will incur a service fee equivalent to half the cost of the booked treatment per half-hour. Please note that service prices vary. Thank you for your understanding.
Spa Etiquette
To ensure a serene atmosphere and considerate environment for all guests, kindly turn off your mobile phones inside the spa. Smoking is strictly prohibited for the safety of everyone. We prioritize a safe and comfortable experience, thus children under 15 are not permitted in our medical spa unless they are receiving services accompanied by an adult. Thank you for your understanding.
Payments
We accept Cash, Master Cards, Visa, Debit Cards, and Personal Checks as well as Care Credit. All spa prices are subject to change.
