Confidentiality
All clients at The Results Lounge may be assured of complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of their treatments and services.
Scheduling Policy
Due to the popularity of our services, we have found it necessary to implement the following policy regarding the scheduling of appointments. Once scheduled, all appointments require a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellation.
Any appointment canceled within 24 hours from appointment time will be charged $50 cancellation fee.
Same Day Cancellation Policy
Same day cancellations will result in the service fee of half the cost of service treatment fee per half-hour booked. Different rates have different service prices.

NO-show Policy
No shows will be charged full price of the service for the appointment that was missed without notice. Even with consults, if you do not show, we will be charging a $100 or $200 cancellation fee dependent on the service being consulted. Consults less than 15 minutes will incur a $100 charge and consults greater than 15 minutes will incur a $200 charge. Credit card information will be collected at time of booking and will be used in accordance with the Cancellation and No-Show policies listed.

Spa Etiquette
We ask that you please turn off your mobile phone when inside the spa to maintain a serene ambiance and in consideration of other guests. We like to think of this as your time to unplug and relax. For the health and safety of our clients and staff, smoking is not permitted in our facility. While we love children, for us to provide a safe and comfortable spa experience, children under the age of 15 are not allowed in our medical spa, unless they will be receiving services and are accompanied by an adult.
Refunds & Returns
Gift cards are non-refundable. however, they are transferable to another party. We will gladly accept the return of any skin care product within 15 days of purchase for a full credit to your Med Spa account or for an appropriate product exchange.
Payments
We accept Cash, Master Card, Visa, Debit Cards, and Personal Checks as well as Care Credit. All spa prices are subject to change.
Privacy Policy
The Results Lounge deeply respects the privacy of its visitors. You are not required to register or provide any personal information in order to access information on our site. We do not sell or share your name, email address. or other personally identifiable information with any third party without your explicit consent as required by law.
The Results Lounge does not buy, sell, rent or trade email lists. All email marketing efforts we undertake are targeted toward individuals who have opted and agreed to be contacted by us in such manner. If you have opted in to receive emails, we promise not to bombard you with spam.

Our web server automatically tracks site visitor usage of The Results Lounge website. This information includes only the domain name: it does not collect email addresses or any other personally identifiable information.
